Vip10 Rules & Terms — All Platform Terms and Conditions in English

1 General Terms & Eligibility

To use vip10's services, certain basic eligibility requirements must be met. These conditions are not just a legal formality — they are in place to protect every user.

• Users must be at least 18 years of age. Accounts belonging to minors will not be kept active.
• Users must not be located in any country or region where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• All information provided at the time of registration must be accurate and up to date. Providing false information may result in account termination.
• Vip10 reserves the right to reject any application or terminate any account at any time and for any reason.
• These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between vip10 and the user.

Vip10's services are intended for personal entertainment only. Operating an account for commercial purposes or on behalf of a third party is not permitted.

2 Account Registration & Verification

While the registration process is straightforward, certain rules must be followed. KYC (Know Your Customer) is mandatory on vip10 — it is part of our compliance with international anti-money laundering regulations.

• Each individual may register only one account. If multiple accounts belonging to the same person are detected, all will be terminated and balances may be forfeited.
• You must provide your correct name, date of birth, mobile number, and email at registration. If any of these need to be changed later, please contact support.
• KYC verification is mandatory before withdrawals can be processed. You must upload a clear photo of your National ID, passport, or birth registration certificate.
• KYC verification is typically completed within 24–48 hours. If you need it done urgently, contact support and it will be prioritised.
• Keeping your account password confidential is your own responsibility. vip10 is not liable for anything that occurs on your account as a result of sharing your password.

If suspicious activity is detected on an account, vip10 may temporarily suspend it pending investigation. If the account holder is found to be in the clear, the account will be fully reinstated.

3 Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Financial security is the top priority at vip10. User funds are always held in a separate trust account and are never mixed with the company's own funds.

• The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. The maximum single deposit limit varies depending on the payment method.
• Deposits must be made only from bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or other approved payment methods registered in your own name.
• Deposits made from third-party numbers will not be accepted and cannot be refunded.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Withdrawals will be held if KYC has not been completed.
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–4 hours. In some cases, verification requirements may extend this to up to 24 hours.
• Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the original deposit.

Any issues with a deposit must be reported to support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this period may be difficult to verify.

4 Betting & Gaming Rules

Certain general rules apply across both the Sports Betting and casino sections of vip10. Every betting decision is the user's own — vip10 does not provide betting advice.

• Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be cancelled. If a cash-out option is available during in-play betting, it may be used.
• If a Sports Event is not completed within the scheduled time or is cancelled, vip10 will settle bets in accordance with its rules.
• Vip10 reserves the right to void bets in the event of an obvious error in odds or a technical issue.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a game, play will resume from the last confirmed state recorded by the game provider.
• Maximum bet limits vary by game and market — these are clearly displayed on the bet screen.

Vip10 reserves the right to adjust the betting limits on any account, particularly if unusual betting patterns are detected. This is part of our fraud prevention measures.

5 Bonus & Promotion Terms

Vip10 bonuses give users extra opportunities to play — however, each bonus comes with specific conditions that must be met before a withdrawal is possible.

• The welcome bonus is available to new users making their first deposit only.
• Withdrawing your balance before completing a bonus wagering requirement will result in the entire bonus being forfeited.
• Slots contribute 100% towards bonus wagering requirements. Live Casino table games generally contribute 10%.
• Bonus claims from multiple accounts originating from the same household or IP address are not permitted.
• Bonuses are generally valid for 30 days. Any unused bonus will be forfeited once the validity period expires.
• Vip10 reserves the right to modify or cancel any promotion — notice will be given before any changes take effect.

6 Prohibited Activities

Vip10 operates as a fair and secure platform. The following activities are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination if detected.

• Creating multiple accounts or using a false identity to claim bonuses.
• Exploiting odds errors or bugs to gain abnormal profits.
• Any form of game manipulation, use of bots, or automated software.
• Using your account for money laundering purposes.
• Placing bets using sports match-fixing arrangements or insider information.
• Using another user's account or placing bets on their behalf.

If prohibited activity is detected, the account may be terminated and all balances and winnings forfeited. Legal action may also be taken where applicable.

7 Account Closure & Termination

A user may close their own account at any time, or vip10 may close an account for specific reasons.

• To close your account yourself, submit a request via email or live chat to support. Your account will be closed once all active bets have been settled.
• Any available balance may be withdrawn before account closure — bonus balance will be forfeited.
• Vip10 may suspend or terminate an account without prior notice in the event of a terms violation.
• As part of responsible gaming, users may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion from their account.

8 Limitation of Liability

Vip10 strives to deliver the highest quality of service, but it is necessary to define certain limitations of liability.

• Vip10 is not liable for any loss to bets or game sessions caused by internet disconnection, power outages, or device issues.
• In the event of a technical error on the game provider's end, vip10 will act as an intermediary and work to resolve the issue.
• Vip10 is not responsible for any financial losses incurred through betting or gaming — these are the user's own decisions.

9 Dispute Resolution

If you have a dispute or complaint, contact vip10 customer support first. Most issues are resolved within 24 hours.

• Including your username, account ID, a description of the issue, and any relevant screenshots with your complaint will help us resolve it faster.
• If vip10's support team is unable to resolve your issue, you may appeal to the licensing authority, Curaçao eGaming.
• In dispute resolution, the most recent game logs, bet history, and transaction records are used as evidence.

10 Changes to Terms

Vip10 may update these terms and conditions as needed. Users will be notified of significant changes via email or in-app notification.

• Continued use of the platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
• If you do not agree to the updated terms, you will have the option to close your account.
